OUR OBJECTIVES

To challenge and encourage all leaders through both precept and example to rededicate themselves to stand firm on the proven foundation of "Holiness".

To exhort Christian women as both formal and informal leaders to be submissive to the Holy Spirit.

To encourage women to strive for uniformity in giving direction to the women they lead and to assist them to better understand their roles in the area of operation to which they are assigned.

To promote total involvement of women and provide training for workers through workshops, seminars and positive Christian literature, tapes, videos, etc.

To encourage leaders to seek God's wisdom in helping to solve problems that may arise.

To encourage proper dress code for women while ministering, speaking, presiding or assisting in altar service, hospitality, choir directing, prison ministry, hospital and other visitations.

To help newly appointed leaders by giving tips on organizing their department.

To remind leaders of the need for proper training, especially for the younger women, and the importance of adjusting to change that will enhance the ministry.

To exhort leading women to be submissive to the Holy Spirit - remembering that it is always important to use Wisdom when Spiritual gifts are being demonstrated - and to encourage them to be careful in their selection of speaking topics.
